  Absolutely terrible. From the moment that I walked in and the receptionist was extremely belligerent. The nurse was so dry and unwelcoming. There was a rolling chair when we approached the room that I was supposed to be in, and the nurse kicked it out the way. All of these negative reviews are absolutely true. I've never experienced such a terrible urgent care. The entire staff wasn't on one accord. Not to mention the staff openly admitted it their ignorance. The doctor didn't even introduce himself. He diagnosed me without listening to me. When I asked for more clarit, he discussed his recommendations in the hallway for everyone to hear. He didn't even come back in the room that I was in to address me instead he yelled from the hallway. Extremely unprofessional, and I'm sure was boderline if not illegal. I was getting ready to leave, and the person checking me out had no idea what the doctor had communicated to her. She had to ask another front desk person, and she bluntly told her that she didn't know anything and the only thing she was worried about lunch. Honestly, this entire review is the very least I could say about this terrible establishment. IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S BEST FOR YOU THEN DONT GO.
