- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Walked in at 4:47 on Friday afternoon with ear problems. The 2 nurses in the lobby and the receptionist behind the counter informed me that they close at 5, but they don't take walk ins after 4...They turned me away and stood around until 5. Are they not a walk in clinic? I would rate their customer service a zero. Lazy employees waiting for the clock to run out who could care less about people who are hurting.
